In the temporarily occupied territories of Khakiv, Zaporizhia and Kherson oblasts, racists are forcibly mobilizing the local population

In the Kharkiv region, doctors were called up.In the city of Vovchansk, in the primary health care unit, junior medical staff is forcibly sent to the front to provide first aid to russian wounded.  In case of refusal, doctors are threatened with execution.

In the Zaporozhye region, russian servicemen and FSB officers are looking for conscripts.  They must replenish the combat units of the Russian Federation.

In order to ensure mobilization measures, the possibility of leaving the Kherson region for the territories controlled by Ukraine is almost completely blocked.  The possibility of leaving for Russia is significantly limited.

Forced mobilization in the occupied territories is a violation of Article 51 of the Geneva Convention relative to the Protection of Civilian Persons in Time of War.  It strictly prohibits the occupying State from forcing persons under protection, ie those under the control of a party to the conflict or an occupying State of which they are not nationals, to serve in its armed or auxiliary forces.

I appeal to the UN Commission for Investigation Human Rights Violations during the Russian Military Invasion of Ukraine to take into account these facts of crimes and human rights violations in Ukraine.
