Commissioner: for two months of the blockade the racists did not allow any rubber convoy from Ukraine or international organizations to Mariupol

Almost 170,000 residents who remained in temporarily occupied Mariupol are starving.  The city is catastrophically short of food.

At the same time, the occupiers boast that in one day they delivered and distributed 3,500 food kits and provided hot meals to 6,000 people.  This is 6.5% of all residents in the city.

During the two months of the blockade, the racists did not allow any humanitarian convoy of food from Ukraine or international organizations to enter Mariupol.

Such actions of the Russian Federation are genocide of the Ukrainian people in accordance with the Convention on the Prevention and Punishment of the Crime of Genocide and Article 6 of the Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court.

I appeal to the UN Commission for Investigation Human Rights Violations during the Russian Military Invasion of Ukraine to take into account these facts of committing crimes of genocide and human rights violations in Ukraine.
