Commissioner: In Mariupol, racists are trying to hide the traces of war crimes that fall under the definition of genocide

Russian invaders continue to dismantle the titles of the Mariupol Drama Theater.

The radhists are forcibly trying to involve the city's residents in the work, but the people of Mariupol refuse to help the occupiers.

Therefore, the invaders decided to change tactics and promise to pay in rubles for work on the rubble.  For this purpose in Mariupol "republican employment centers" from ORDLO where offer work on dismantling of the destroyed buildings have opened.

Workers of the Ministry of Emergencies of Russia are also involved in such works.

Packages with the bodies of the dead continue to be transported by tractor carriages to mass graves on the outskirts of the city.

By doing so, the occupying country seeks to conceal the traces of its war crimes, which fall under the definition of genocide under the Convention on the Prevention and Punishment of the Crime of Genocide and Article 6 of the Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court.

I appeal to the UN Commission for Investigation Human Rights Violations during the Russian Military Invasion of Ukraine to take into account these facts of the crime of Russian genocide in Ukraine.
