Every day, peaceful Ukrainians fall victim to Russia's use of unconventional weapons of mass destruction

On April 23, 2022, servicemen of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation fired missiles at a residential building in the Kyiv district of Odessa.  Enemies of enemy shells destroyed living spaces between the 2nd and 5th floors and blocked exits, leaving people trapped.  There was also a fire, which is currently being extinguished.

According to preliminary data, 8 civilians were killed, including a 3-month-old child.  Another 18 people were injured.  2 people were rescued from the rubble, 86 people were evacuated.  Nearby houses and cars were damaged.

There were three missile strikes in Dnipropetrovsk region at night.  All three are in the Pavlograd district.

One missile hit the railway infrastructure.  A 48-year-old man died.  8 buildings were destroyed.  There are three cars and one truck under the rubble.  The blast shattered the windows and locked the door of a nearby apartment building.

Two missiles hit an industrial plant.  The production building was destroyed.  People were not affected.

On April 23, 2022, on the highway near the village of Chornoglazivka, Bohodukhiv district, Kharkiv region, two men, driving a car, exploded on a mine left by the russian occupiers.  They died on the spot.

Yesterday in the Kherson region two people exploded, according to preliminary data, on a "stretch".  Both were injured, doctors are trying to save their lives.

The use of such weapons of mass destruction against civilians is a crime against humanity and a violation of the 1949 Geneva Conventions.

I appeal to the UN Commission for Investigation Human Rights Violations during Russia's military invasion of Ukraine to take into account these facts of crimes and human rights violations in Ukraine.

I call on international partners to close the skies over Ukraine and provide weapons to fight the aggressor country of Russia!
