The russian occupiers used phosphorus bombs against Ukrainian defenders at Azovstal

The rashists themselves report that 9M22C incendiary shells were used.  The combustion temperature is about 2-2.5 thousand degrees Celsius.  It is almost impossible to stop the burning.

The 9M22C projectile is the first and main projectile for the “Hail” multiple rocket launcher in the Russian army.  The ammunition is equipped with incendiary elements based on the magnesium alloy ML-5, and is designed to create mass fires.

Phosphorus bombs and shells are incendiary munitions recognized as inhumane weapons by international humanitarian law, their use is strictly prohibited by Protocol III to the Convention on Certain Conventional Weapons Which May Be Deemed to Be Excessively Damage or Indiscriminate.

Such shelling is a war crime and a crime against humanity under the Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court and should be taken into account in the International Criminal Court's case of genocide of the Ukrainian people.

I appeal to the UN Commission for Investigation Human Rights Violations during the Russian military invasion of Ukraine to take into account these facts of crimes and human rights violations in Ukraine.
