In Vasylivka, Zaporizhia Oblast, the russian occupiers tortured a participant in the anti-terrorist operation for 12 days.

This was reported in the Defense Forces of the Zaporozhye region - the man was kept in a cell, tortured, electrocuted, his finger cut off and four ribs broken.

The Zaporizhzhya Regional State Administration received information about the seizure of the Melitopol City Museum of Local Lore.

Collaborators pointed out to the russians the place where Scythian gold is stored, which was discovered by archaeologists in the 1950s.

Russia's actions contradict the norms of international humanitarian law - the Geneva Convention of 1949 on the Protection of Victims of International Armed Conflicts and the Hague Convention of 1907, which indicates violations of the laws and customs of war.

I call on the UN Commission for Investigation Human Rights Violations during Russia's Military Invasion of Ukraine to take into account these facts of war crimes and human rights violations in Ukraine.
