Rashists are organizing a tourist season at Arabatskaya Strelka in the Kherson region under the barrels of machine guns

Currently, sanatoriums and recreation centers on the TOT Crimea are overcrowded with wounded russian soldiers who are being transported from the mainland of Ukraine.  Therefore, the invaders decided to arrange a vacation in the resorts of the temporarily occupied Kherson region.

Local entrepreneurs are forced to open recreation centers, cafes, shops and "create safe and comfortable conditions" for vacationers.

Arabatskaya Strelka borders the occupied peninsula, which is used by the aggressor as a military base to attack mainland Ukraine.  Literally over the heads of "vacationers" will constantly fly fighters, military helicopters, missiles carrying deadly weapons.

The ecological situation in the waters of the Sea of Azov, which is deteriorating every day due to the war between russia and Ukraine, is also a matter of serious concern.

By endangering Ukraine's civilian population, the enemy is grossly violating international humanitarian law, including the UN General Assembly Resolution on the Militarization of the Temporarily Occupied Peninsula, the 4th Geneva Convention relative to the Protection of Civilian Persons in Time of War, and the European Convention on Human Rights.

I appeal to the UN Commission for Investigation Human Rights Violations during the Russian Military Invasion of Ukraine to take into account these facts of human rights violations in Ukraine.
