The racists turned the city of Bucha into ruins and fire

As a result of the atrocities of the russian occupiers in Bucha near Kyiv, 403 people were killed, 16 people are missing, and the bodies of 163 victims have already been identified.

According to the city authorities, the occupiers destroyed 22 high-rise buildings, 2 of which are not subject to restoration.  243 private houses that cannot be restored were also destroyed.

The killing of civilians, shelling of civilian cities and civilian objects by the aggressor army is war crimes and crimes against humanity under Articles 7 and 8 of the Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court and gross violation of the four Geneva Conventions of 1949 and its Additional Protocols.

The occupier must be prosecuted for war crimes against civilians in accordance with Article 8 of the Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court, in particular for attacking unprotected towns and villages, housing and buildings, and shelling them by any means.

I appeal to the UN Commission for Investigation Human Rights Violations during Russia's Military Invasion of Ukraine and the expert mission set up by the OSCE participating States under the Moscow Mechanism to take into account these war crimes and crimes against humanity and human rights in Ukraine
