Law enforcement officers continue to reveal the terrible consequences of the occupiers' actions in the liberated territories of Ukraine

In the Kyiv region, during the cleansing of the village of Shevchenkove, the police found 6 bodies of tortured and shot civilians.  The bodies of men aged 40 to 50 were hidden in the basement.  There are traces of torture on the corpses, as well as gunshot wounds to the head.

The russian military shot dead a family from Bucha while trying to evacuate.  Alexander Chikmarev's family moved from Donetsk to Bucha in 2015.  They bought their own house here, and with the beginning of a full-scale war they tried to evacuate.

On the way, the family car was shot by rashists.  Alexander's wife and two sons died.  The man survived, he had to amputate his leg.

The actions of the russian occupying army are crimes against humanity and war crimes under Articles 7 and 8 of the Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court and a violation of the 1949 Geneva Convention relative to the Protection of Civilian Persons in Time of War.

I appeal to the UN Commission to Investigate Human Rights Violations during the Russian military invasion of Ukraine to take into account these facts of russian crimes and human rights violations in Ukraine.
