The genocide of the Ukrainian people of the Russian Federation receives new evidence every day

Mobile crematoria are working hard in Mariupol.  The occupiers continue to clean the streets of the bodies of the dead.  The clean-up has already been carried out in the Livoberezhny district, the Parkovy and Novoselivka private buildings districts, and the central streets.  The crematorium is located in the industrial zone of warehouses on Volodarsky Highway near the “Metro” shopping center.

The occupiers use large warehouse refrigerators of industrial warehouses to store bodies.

 In the village of Makariv, Kyiv region, liberated from the occupiers, 132 people were found shot - there are both mass graves and single bodies of the dead.

In the city of Bucha on Yablunska Street, 144 racists set up a real torture chamber.  According to the survivors, the Kadyrov headquarters was here.  They shot people in the face, burned their eyes, cut off body parts, and tortured to death not only adults but also children.  According to the city authorities, a total of 360 civilians have been killed in Bucha so far, including at least 10 children.

In the woods on the way from Gostomel to Irpen, locals found a shot car with the family died inside.

Such actions of the russian terrorist army fall under the definition of the crime of "genocide" in accordance with the Convention on the Prevention and Punishment of the Crime of Genocide and Article 6 of the Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court.

I appeal to the UN Commission for Investigation Human Rights Violations during Russia's Military Invasion of Ukraine and the expert mission set up by the OSCE participating States under the Moscow Mechanism to take into account these facts of war crimes and crimes against humanity in Ukraine.
