The judge of the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation responded to apply of Ms.Valeriya Lutkovska

On September 4 the current year the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights applied to the chairman of the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation Ms.Vyacheslav Lebedev concerning facts of use of tortures while carrying out pre-judicial investigation and discrimination concerning case of citizens of Ukraine Mr. Oleg Sentsov and Mr. Olexander Kolchenko.

The Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights declared this thesis after end of the meeting with the director of the UNDP Representation in Ukraine Mr. Janthomas Hiemstra dedicated to the beginning of implementation of the new joint project concerning enlargement of capacity of the Secretariat of the Commissioner which is financed by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Denmark.

Such belief was stated during discussion of the report of the OSCE Human Rights Assessment Mission on Crimea which was carried out by the OSCE Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights together with the OSCE High Commissioner on National Minorities which was held within the Human Dimension Implementation Meeting of the OSCE participating States.
