Another 20 convicts were returned in the territory controlled by the Ukrainian Government
Today, on April 20, 2016, at the initiative of the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights the next transfer of 20 convicts from uncontrollable to the Government of Ukraine territory was held. Among them – 2 women and 1 person with disabilities.
