During 2015 residents of the Zhytomyr and Zaporizhia regions applied repeatedly to the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights and informed of worsening of medical care and also expressed concern in connection with reorganization of the healthcare institutions serving employees of the Ukrzaliznytsya enterprise and members of their families.
